<![CDATA[<body>GS STAVITELSTVÍ s.r.o. is a small, flexible and dynamically developing company, which provides its business partners with services in the field of construction ranging from construction proceedings right through to actual implementation.
The management of the construction company has been working in the field of building construction since 1994. The creation of our company was preceded by activity in the above-mentioned field over this time
as a natural person. Well-coordinated cooperation, a sense of detail
and fairness of approach to solving the tasks set by the company’s founders was the basis for establishment of the limited liability company in 2003 – a company, which guarantees a responsible relationship towards customers. From this year on, the company has been gradually developing into and becoming a prospering construction company,
which guarantees the quality of work carried out.
GS STAVITELSTVÍ, s.r.o. is always the general contractor and ensures most construction jobs “key ready” and the majority of jobs gained come from recommendation by satisfied investors.
Nowadays the company has a good base established in premises leased from ZT Holding, Mělník. It has a sufficient fleet of vehicles
at its disposal as well as construction tools, which have been acquired over time. The company is self-sufficient in the field of machinery
and equipment, which are necessary for implementing quality work
(see company facilities).
GS STAVITELSTVÍ, s.r.o. employs an average
of 15 fulltime workers: bricklayers, plasterers, plasterboard workers, tile layers, drivers and labourers.
The company has cooperated for many years with tried and tested
sub-contractors in the field of special work and deliveries connected
with the complex implementation of construction work.
Nowadays we can already claim that we are able to implement an order from A to Z to the satisfaction of even the most demanding of customers, a fact that is supported by orders we have already carried out and references from our clients.
